Life circle
Nemy delivers solutions for data and information management throughout the building's entire life cycle – based on recognized standards such as NS 3467:2023, NS 19650 and the BuildingSmart POFIN framework.
We follow the property from the first step – whether it is a new construction or a new purchase – through management, operation and project phases, until the building is sold or circulated further.
Our process starts with 3D scanning and data capture directly on the property.
We then build a BIM 3D model that acts as the hub of the information flow. We connect the model to relevant information – such as technical systems, components, leases and service agreements – to create a holistic and structured information platform.
With Nemy, you get a solution that supports the property in all phases – and ensures that the information is up-to-date, accessible and reliable.

Establishment of BIM 3D model
We establish a BIM 3D model based on 3D scanning or existing drawings – the foundation for an accurate digital twin. -
Registration of property data
We record all technical systems, components and areas (e.g. leasable area), so that the structure of the building is reflected digitally. -
Connecting business-critical information
The information is linked to lease agreements, service agreements and other relevant documentation – all collected in Hemy 360 for full traceability. -
Integration, local adaptation and management
Nemy provides seamless integrations with their systems, Norwegian adaptation (language, standards and requirements), user training and ongoing support.
